We're here to help
Count on us like family.
First-time visitors are always surprised that we know every one of our residents by name. Because we believe in personalized attention, our staff is always out and about making sure everyone in our retirement community in Overland Park is receiving the top-notch care and service they deserve.
When Administrator Lucille Tutera talks about The Atriums, she’s speaking from her heart.
Lucille along with her late husband, Doc (Dominic Tutera), founded the Tutera Group. She’s been with The Atriums from the very beginning, when it was no more than a forgotten, empty building. Inspiring vibrance and vitality into every aspect, Lucille personally knows every resident and family and encourages her staff to not just provide service, but to give care. Throughout the triumphs and tragedies of her life, The Atriums and its residents has been her source of strength, family, and home.
With over 35 years’ experience in senior living, Christie Brooks has played leadership roles in long-term care communities offering skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living.
Christie joined the Tutera family in 2007 as the executive director of Rose Estates. Since 2016, she has shared her talents as interim administrator and trainer at multiple Tutera Senior Living and Health Care communities. She is both a licensed nursing home administrator and a certified dementia practitioner and trainer.
Community Sales Representative
Diane experienced the joys and tribulations of older adults as she cared for her father. To help meet those challenges, her father moved into The Atriums where he found his perfect home.
Guided by the loving hand of Lucille Tutera, Diane and her father felt like part of the family. Four years later, in 2018, Diane became the Community Relations Coordinator at The Atriums. Her understanding of the community and her experience as a caregiver made her a perfect fit for the position.
